1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Streecat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Sithum Udayanga, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Age Requirements (Strictly 18+)

Streecat is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform. By entering a chat session, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Violations

To maintain a safe environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate bans and potential referral to legal authorities:

Broadcasting nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit behavior
Non-consensual screen recording, capturing, or distribution of partner streams
Hate speech, racism, harassment, threats, or intimidation
Display of weapons, violence, self-harm, or illegal substances
Impersonation, scamming, phishing, or advertising third-party services
Automated bots, spam scripts, or network flooding attacks

4Peer-to-Peer Communication & User Responsibility

Streecat facilitates direct peer-to-peer (P2P) WebRTC connections between users. We do not store, record, or retain your live audio or video streams on our servers. You understand that when interacting with random strangers, you do so at your own sole risk. You should never disclose personally identifiable information, passwords, financial details, or precise physical addresses to strangers online.

5Automated Moderation & Termination of Access

We reserve the right to monitor session metadata, enforce automated AI moderation checks, investigate user reports, and terminate or ban any IP address, device, or user account without prior notice for any violation of these Terms.

6Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Sithum Udayanga or the Streecat platform be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from user conduct, third-party transmissions, service interruptions, or software defects.
